Here is my version of this weeks challenge....I love my cricut! This is on navy card stock with two patterned blue paper. I added the "road" in the middle instead of ribbon. The car was used instead of a punch. Hope you like it.
Thank you for the opportunity.

  6. Hello, The butterfly is a discontinued Stampin Up stamp from the Wonderful Wings set. If you don't have this stamp, there is almost an identical one at Gina K Designs (http://ginakdesigns.ning.com/)just released. It is called Hope is Faith, and a portion of the proceeds go to relief efforts in Haiti. You will notice that there are two elongated "tails" on the butterfly, but I didn't like them, so I cut them off on my butterfly. I stamped the butterfly with Tuxedo Black Memento Ink and used my Copic markers to color it, but anything will work. I then used Star Dust Stickles and covered the same area I colored with the Copics. I always remind all who ask me about the butterfly that if you put glitter on a card for OWH, you have to cover it with something like 3D Crystal Laquer. If you have any questions about anything, please do contact me. I love sharing info, it is how we all learn! Blessings and good luck! Louise

P.S. I am so happy you started your blog for OWH. I did the same thing, and after getting through a bit of a learning curve, I am really enjoying it.Keep up the good work!
